Arkangel St.Germain  is the 16th member of the Arkangel Project. It’s vial contains the energy essence of Arkangel St.Germain. On the Hawkins Scale of Consciousness it rates at 147,000,000,000,000. Remember that this doesn’t mean all of you is at this level, but is in the presence of this level of consciouness to accelerate your journey.
There is an abundance of information regarding St. Germaine. For those of you into the Sci Fi series “Dr.Who”, St.Germain may be cut from the same cloth as this imaginary character. This person has lived a very long lifetime upon Earth and has contributed much to its evolution..The following is just some of the information regarding St.Germain. As wit everything else, discernment is very important. But this is just some of the stuff about the fellow...

Here are many versions of the origin and ancestry of St Germain, including that he was:
•the son of Francis II Rákóczi, the Prince of Transylvania, by Rákóczi's first wife
•the illegitimate son of Maria Anna of Pfalz-Neuburg, the widow of Charles II of Spain
•the son of the king of Portugal
•St. Germain was scholar, linguist, musician, and Chemist, good-looking, and a perfect ladies' man.
•He had contrived to gain the favour of Madame de Pompadour.
•He calmly stated that he was three hundred years old, that he knew the secret of the Universal Medicine, that he possessed a mastery over nature, that he could melt diamonds, professing himself capable of forming, out of ten or twelve small diamonds, one large one of the finest water without any loss of weight.
•Several Theosophists claimed to have met St Germain in the late 19th or early 20th centuries:
•Annie Besant said that she met the Count in 1896.
•C. W. Leadbeater claimed to have met him in Rome in 1926. Leadbeater said that St. Germain showed him a robe that had been previously owned by a Roman Emperor.
•Guy Ballard, founder of the "I AM" Activity claimed he met the Count on Mount Shasta in California in 1930, where the Count introduced him to visitors from Venus.
•On January 28, 1972, ex-convict and lover of singing star Dalida, Richard Chanfray claimed to be the Count of St. Germain on French television. He also claimed that Louis XV was still alive.
•Several books on palmistry and astrology have been published in his name, though it is not clear whether he actually wrote them.

He also reportedly worked behind the scenes with George Washington and Benjamin Franklin to establish the United States of America.
•It is claimed that he  is now known as "The Chohan of the Seventh Ray of Freedom" for the Earth and, since May 1, 1954, the Hierarch for the current 2150 year cycle of the Age of Aquarius. .
